Avocado Yogurt Dip
Avocado Yogurt Dip
This is my favourite dip to make for having people over. It takes about 5 minutes and is very healthy compared to other creamy or cheesy dips. This dip pairs well with tortilla chips, veggies, quesadillas or you could use it as a sauce in tacos or burritos.
This dip is so easy to make that I’ve once made it for myself at 1am after a night out. A weird time to use your food processor, sure, but sometimes you need a good dip.

1 ripe avocado
250 g of plain Greek yogurt (half a container)
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of fresh cilantro (optional)
